Dear Brad and Sarah Millard:

We want to thank you so much for building our "ideal" home!!

When we first started this process Jim and I had no clue what to do, how to do, etc. We spoke with Brad several times picking the design of our home and extras we wanted. Brad was excellent, he gently guided us through this process and when we made our final decision Brad's comforting words were, "...this is going to be fun...let me do the work...I will make this venture so enjoyable that if you ever build again you will choose Ideal Homes..." and we will!! Although, I don't plan on moving because I love our house and neighborhood!!

During the building process Brad kept us up to date as to what our next step would be and his expectations of us and decisions that we needed to be completing, (flooring, lights, cabinets, etc.). Whoever we dealt with in picking our cabinets, flooring, etc. each person praised Brad and Ideal Homes and everytime that happened we knew we had made the right choice by picking Brad and Ideal Homes!! We were impressed by the loyalty and respect these companies have for Brad and Ideal Homes. Phone calls to Brad and Sarah were always answered promptly and questions were answered in the same manner. Sometimes I felt if I asked one more question Brad would be mad, but that was entirely wrong, he has great patience and does this on a daily basis!!

After work, when my husband and myself would stop by the house to see the progress, we were impressed with how clean and picked up the house was. If we visited during the day when they were working on the house, every person we came in contact with was extremely friendly and helpful.

Upon completion of our home (which was approximately 90 days) we moved in !! We have been here about nine months and loving it!! Whenever we see Brad he asks if there is anything we need, he told us to let him know anytime!! I asked Brad if I could have another outlet in my living room, I asked this on a Friday and on Tuesday Brad came and added the outlet. There was no mess anywhere, the only way that we knew he was there was because the outlet was in!! We got hit by lightening and contacted Brad, he came the same day and checked things out for us, he fixed whatever he could!!

We encourage whoever is reading this to contact us, come see our house and what a great job Brad did for us!! Brad's ongoing firendly and helpful attitude is great!! He was also invitied to our block picnic!!
