Just a note, now that we are settled in to our new Ideal home.
We just want to express our thanks.  To be honest, after hearing "horror stories" of cost-overruns and such, we were very hesitant at the thought of building a home.  However, we are very pleased at the professional way you handled everything from start to finish.

Not only did you complete the house ahead of schedule, but there wasn't any "cost - overrun", just as Brad had assured us of before we started.  Brad was very easy to work with and answered any questions we had.

We really love our new home.  If you ever want to take anyone through our home to see the quality and workmanship, please feel free to do so.  Also, if anyone requests a reference, please have them contact us.  If someday we ever decide to build another home, Ideal Homes will be the contractor of choice.  Thank you again.
